The board of the West Cascade Peace Corps Association is responsible for managing our organization’s business affairs. The board is elected annually and meets as needed, usually four or five times a year.
WCPCA is an affiliate of the National Peace Corps Association and has received 501(c)(3) status as a nonprofit charity with the IRS. The organization’s tax ID number is 26-2955776. Annually the board files a Form 990 with the IRS.
Board meetings are open to the public. Notices of meeting dates and places are posted in the monthly newsletter. Current year documents, including minutes of board meetings and general membership meetings, board reports, and committee reports are posted here. All older business documents of this type are found in the Business Archives. (The WCPCA constitution and bylaws are being revised and will be presented to the membership for review in 2026.)
