For Peace Corps 50th anniversary in 2011, WCPCA went all out: a public gathering in downtown Eugene, a "memorable" celebration at Cozmic Pizza (Whirled Pies), and even a 4-page paid insert in the Eugene Weekly. The latter included profiles of numerous local volunteers, and their PC service. Or, as in the case of UO professor emeritus, Chuck Kalnbach, his parents' service, in Lesotho.
Thanks to Maggie Keenan, former WCPCA board member, for sending this along. Maggie did the design and layout of this 4-page spread in the Weekly.
